- Deliveries are made through secure online channels such as email, encrypted download links, client portals, or authorized cloud access — as per the mutually agreed delivery method.

- Estimated delivery timelines are clearly outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Actual timelines may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and technical requirements.

- Clients must ensure that they provide accurate and active email addresses, contact numbers, and other required details to facilitate successful and timely delivery.

- Once a digital product or service is delivered and confirmed as received, the responsibility for data backup and secure storage lies with the client.

- Technical assistance or post-delivery support will be provided as per the terms of the service contract or ongoing maintenance plan.
