Refund & Cancellation Policy

While we strive for complete client satisfaction, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund or cancellation. The following policy outlines how such cases are handled:
Refunds:
- Refunds for digital or IT-based services (e.g., websites, software, or AI solutions) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project scope and progress.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or final project handover.
- If a portion of the work has been delivered and approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work and applicable administrative fees.
- Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used for the purchase, and processing may take up to 10–15 business days after approval.
Cancellations:
- Projects or services may be canceled before the commencement of work with no penalty.
- Once development or design work has started, cancellations will incur charges proportional to the work completed and resources utilized.
- In case of recurring or subscription-based services (like maintenance or hosting), clients must provide a minimum 7-day notice before the next billing cycle to cancel renewal.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:
- Send an email to support@zeliginfotech.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund or cancellation request.
- Our accounts or project team will acknowledge your request and provide a response within 3 business days.
- Once your request is reviewed, we’ll update you on the status and next steps.
Note: Certain services such as custom AI models, third-party integrations, or bespoke software solutions may not be eligible for refunds once development or deployment has begun. Clients are advised to review service-specific terms before confirming their order.
